Iphone keeps restarting

Discussion

Alright, I am in dire need of help. Maybe about 2 months ago, i dropped my phone in the shower (was just listening to music). I picked it up quickly and unfortunately didnt dry it fast enough. The phone then started automatically turning itself off and turning back on every 2-3 minutes or so, sometimes less. That kept happening for a while until it eventually fixed itself, I dont think i really tried doing anything major besides force restarting it a few times, took a few hours to stop. Its been fine til a couple days ago.

I woke up about 2 days ago and picked my phone up and noticed it restarted itself after I used it for a few minutes again, and realized the issue has reappeared. I expected it to fix itself again but nothing was changing this time, and its very frustrating not being able to use the phone for more than 2 minutes at a time. Im pretty sure sometimes its longer, like if the phone turns back on but i dont immediately open and unlock it, it either doesnt force restart or it takes longer to do so. Today, I tried updating the phone but I can never make it to the official update before the phone restarts itself. Tried a few times but to no avail. THen i tried connecting it to my windows laptop and updating it that way, but still, once the apple logo appears and the bar progress bar shows up and gets to about 3 quarters of the way, it restarted. NOW, it is stuck in recovery mode. I feel like I have tried everything. Force restarting, dfu mode, even downloaded that reiboot software and 3utools, neither work. The phone just cant exit recovery mode and it keeps shutting off after a few minutes when any update, restore, or anything at all is attempted. Funny part it, the phone does not restart itself in recovery mode, it just stays on that screen.

Long message but just needed to explain in detail in case anyone can help me.
