Did I mess up by taking Kratom on day 3

I made it 72 hours off of 7 OH with the help of 2mg subs twice a day. Most of my WDs are gone except for the anxiety and depression, body aches, but nothing I could not handle.

Well I had cravings before and while I did not get more 7 OH, I did buy a Kratom extract shot and took that. I don’t plan to continue it, but I hope this does not set me back?

Can I also continue to take my sub dose tonight, even though I took a Kratom shot?
