Digitone vs Minilogue XD vs Roland SH4D

New to music production and looking at a synthesizer. I will be pairing it with my currently owned Digitakt and like to play a range of music consisting of techno, house, low fi, ambient, hip hop etc.

As I will be buying second hand all of these are around the same price, which is better? when would I pick one over the other? And are there other options in this range I should consider?
