Looking for advice on which programs to use to stay organized

Hi Everyone,

I started a cleaning company about 3 weeks ago. I'm currently using Hubspot to keep track of all my clients, (info, times contacted, deals etc.) I've used this software in the past for my real estate job and really liked it. I'm just not sure if it's the right software for a cleaning company. I've also created an account on Wave for accounting but I've never used accounting software so I'm not sure if it's good or not for what I need.

My question is What software/apps do you use for:
- Accounting/ Book keeping
- Keeping track of cleaners availability schedule
- Recurring cleaning clients/deals

Anything else you think would be helpful. Thank you in advance. :)
