Is it normal to be mistaken as a young teenager at 22?

I was just given a child ticket (under 15) at a venue, usually when I get tickets for things they have to check whether I’m over 15-16… Is this normal? I’m not short, I feel like I dress my age and wear makeup.. It shocks me every time, is this normal?
