Parker Variant OC, CC or Merkur Progress?

I am M38, and doing shaving 2-3 times a week. For now I am have a China’s Rockwell 6C clone that works OK, my go to plates is 4-6 and not 1-3. I want to buy another razor, since 6C clone was buying just for stepping in to classic shaving and I found, that I don’t like to switch the plates mid-process and the head is to big (but I can adapt to this). Help me, please to choose between Parker Variant OC, CC and Merkur Progress. Personally I am leaning towards Parker Variant OC, but have not having the OC razors yet. Is Parker Variant OC is good razor to start learning OC in general?
