Are there better phones than the Poco F8 Pro in the $650 price range?

Hey guys, I'm in need of changing my phone (Moto g51) because the battery started to swell again. I'm from Argentina and we don't get much variety in terms of phones and the Poco F8 Pro adjusts to my budget nicely but I've seen complains about the overheating issues and the quality of the HyperOS shell. What I'm looking for are

• Emulation for heavy duty games and systems (PC mainly)
• Manageable heating
• Options for modded apps
• Good connectivity to Argentinian data providers
• Better OS and root capabilities
• Longevity and comfort

I'm not too interested in the cameras but if there are better I won't complain. Thanks for the help
