Need Help with buying first Snowboard and bindings!

I am 5'5" and 138lbs

I started snowboarding in 2026 and focused on learning the basics. I'm now comfortable riding green runs and feel ready to progress further next season. I've also purchased an Epic Pass for next season.

During my learning phase, I used a 145 cm rental snowboard with standard bindings. Now I'm looking to purchase my first snowboard and bindings.

What factors should I consider when buying my first snowboard and bindings? Also, what common mistakes should | avoid?
