Traveling with a group of high schoolers Tuesday morning

Hello! High school group of 10 students and 2 chaperones have a southwest flight scheduled for tomorrow April 7, at 7am.

Last week at our pre-trip meetings, the agreed upon meet time was 3am for our 7am flight. We need to stop by the ticket counter to check a couple bags and collect boarding passes. No precheck.

However, I’m afraid that with the recent relief of long wait times 3am is going to be too early.

Does anyone know what time the SW ticket counter opens, and/or have guidance for what time our group should arrive? Or a hould we just keep it at 3am since that was the original messaging??
