Why are all my piercings bleeding?

Help!! All my ear piercings are acting up and bleeding at the same time!! My 2nd lobes have titanium sleeper hoops. They have always acted up but now they get blood crust. My conch has a 8mm titanium flat back. Just the basic jewelry you get pierced with. Its 7 months old and has had hardly any issues but I can see little blood crusts on there too. Lastly my helix piercing which is 9 months old and has titanium 7mm flat back is bleeding too. Idk why this is all happening at once. My helix hasn't had any sorts of issues until now. I sleep with a travel pillow every night. Clean all piercings with saline twice a day. What can i do?
