(0.9) Question About a Signal

This is about the Evil Signal. I want to know if anyone has ever moved it in the mailbox to a different save, if it becomes inert or if it bricks that save too unless erased. Had that thought and needed to ask. (I have never gotten the signal myself, so I do not know/haven't been able to try.) I'm curious if anyone else has done this.
