Is there a lazy way to learn German?

I am too tired, or too stupid - not sure, to really study German, so I am looking for an easy way to learn German. I tried duolingo, and it got me up to a point I guess, and I tried a bunch of double subtitles plugins, or apps, which also get my attention for a little time unfortunately. I was thinking that I learned English by playing videogames, I've heard Disco Elysium has a method to switch languages by pressing a key, so I think I will try that. Do you have any experience with learning German in such way, either games, or adventure games/ interractive fiction?
