I need advice for a sick fish. I have 2 large ryukins, a 5 year old female and a 7 year old male.

Tank parameters:

75gal, weekly 50% water changes

0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 20-30 nitrate (KPI liquid tests)

Feeding Repashy alternated with Hikari sinking pellets, fasting and peas

I got my female fish 6 months ago. She started having occasional swim bladder issues a few weeks ago but it resolved with fasting and peas so I figured she was constipated. For context, she has always been a chunky girl and when I got her, I noticed her abdomen was a bit lopsided. Thursday PM she was listless and uninterested in food. In less than 12 hours this progressed to massive bloating and bottom sitting. I have her in a 40gal storage bin with a sponge filter, she’s on her second 2-day dose of Kanaplex, and she’s getting 20min epsom salt baths daily. I expressed a TON of eggs Friday and Saturday and a decent amount Sunday, so I think she was egg bound (my first female fish so I don’t have much context but it seemed like a lot coming out). As of this morning the bloating is better and far fewer eggs came out when I gently massaged her, but she is still not eating (the worst sign for her) or moving much. There is no sign of pineconing or spreading red streaks. The bottom of her belly had light red streaks but those are mostly gone, and her cloaca looked irritated but that’s better too. Her belly still feels spongy/filled with some fluid. Does anyone have any other ideas I could try? Should I finish her 3rd dose of Kanaplex (would be Weds evening) and see if she improves? I feel absolutely awful I can’t make her feel better and despite some improvement I’m afraid I’m just prolonging her suffering. Thanks.
