Did I make a mistake buying an Xbox Elite Series 2 to play PC games?

Greetings

I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 yesterday mainly to play a few PC games on my TV instead of keyboard and mouse.

Now I’m reading a lot about stick drift, bumper failures, and general reliability issues, and I’m starting to think I might’ve made the wrong choice.

For people who’ve actually used it long-term on PC, is it worth keeping, or am I better off sending it back now and going for something more reliable, in which case, what?!
