Having issues with xyosted

So I got prescribed xyosted and it WAS a lifesaver, but recently I’ve been getting 2 pens per box and this time it was my ENTIRE BOX that didn’t work!?

Is this manufacturing!? Cuz i press it down as hard as i can and it doesn’t inject , the needle will pierce me and I will bleed and it hurts and doesn’t inject at all

Anyone else experience this
