Is the exploitation of labor moral, immoral, or amoral?

I’ve seen quite a few socialists here claim that Marx wrote about exploitation in a disinterested, amoral manner, therefore it’s unfair criticize his theory of moral grounds because he was simply making an “is” statement rather than an “ought” statement.

That’s fine. The purpose of this thread is not to contest that. I don’t want to know if Marx thought exploitation was moral or not, I want to know if *you* believe exploitation is moral or not, assuming you subscribe to his labor theory of value.
