I made a service for sharing selfhosted/localhost apps with clients, family or friends

Been working on this for about 5 months. It's called Seawise.io, you run a Docker container on your server, add your apps by hostname & port, and share access with specific people outside your network. You invite people by email, they get a link, sign in, and can access the apps you shared with them. Each person gets their own authenticated session so you can revoke access anytime.

The tunneling is powered by FRP (Fast Reverse Proxy) and it's outbound only, your server connects out, nothing connects into your network. No port forwarding, no DNS setup, no reverse proxy config. Works behind CGNAT and any network setup.

I work in DevOps and built this because I wanted a way to share my services with family without making them install a VPN or configure anything on their end.

Free to use: https://seawise.io
