Daycare rates/early pick up

My son is 4 in a junior pre k class at a daycare. We currently do daycare MWF 7:30ish-2pm. My husband works from home and picks up on his late lunch break. We’ve had struggles with nap time and him staying quiet, not wanting to nap, waking up other kids, etc.

The daycare asked us to pick up at noon. We’ve been working really hard to get him to rest and play quietly at home for 1-2 hours to help with quiet time at school. He has some good days and some bad days which is to be expected. Today, the daycare asked us to pick him up at noon before nap time every day. We currently do the 2pm pick up because going longer in the day is hard for him.

If we pick up at noon, is it wrong to ask for a reduced rate? We already pick up at 2pm which is earlier than any other parent from what I can tell. There’s never any other parents picking up when we do. We already pay a higher daily rate since we do MWF instead of all 5 days of the work week.
