I have been a Spanish tutor for less than a month and there's something that is starting to confuse me

I keep getting trial lessons from people who seem initially motivated, but then when we start the class, and I give them the smallest possible challenge (short games, pronunciation practice or listening exercises), they seem "disappointed". For example, a student who wants to learn Spanish for their job, but they don't even know the basics, or a student who initially seemed nice but then started acting weird when she realized she was making mistakes or maybe that it was more difficult than she had imagined (she hadn't done the level test so my canva was for A2 level and she still struggled).

No idea what to do, because I am having many trial lessons, but for now, only one has converted to a full subscription, and another is yet to confirm, the rest I doubt they will, because many seemed altogether unmotivated when the trial lesson ended... I have a 10$ price if that helps
