I need to stop her from sleeping in my bed

I have a shih Tzu lasso mix. Who is now 7 years old. I'm looking for any tips on preventing her from jumping in my bed at night.I have allowed her to sleep with me since I've had her at 7 mons. Now she's spoiled .I would like for her to sleep in her own bed in a separate room or in my room. The only time she does that successfully is when my boyfriend sleeps over. She typically wines and barks throughout the night. if don't allow her in the room when I'm alone

I wish I had listened to other dog owners and not allowed her to sleep in my bed at all.. Do I just need to endure the whining and crying stick to my guns?
