Planner accuracy compared to Unifi design

I am trying out Hamina planner and comparing it to unifi design. I created the same floor plan with the same scaling and ceiling height and the same AP model and placement. Hamina shows significantly more coverage that the unifi tool does. I've built out many of these types of facilities and have a hard time believing the coverage Hamina is showing. How accurate has this tool proven to be for you in reality?
