Pulse light clinic in London: what was your experience?

After looking into many clinics and looking through websites after websites, this is the only clinic that has ever made me actually want to try laser hair removal. However, I recently had a phone consultation and it felt like it was me who did all the talking and everything and kinda felt a bit unsure because their answers were so vague and most times didn’t even answer my questions cuz they were unsure themselves? I still haven’t done the patch test yet but I first need to buy the package before I do the patch test.

Those of you who did go ahead with your decision and chose them. What were your results and how is it so far? Please share your experience and give this little girl some reassurance as this will be my first big girl purchase.
