Is there even a dogfree place in Western countries anymore??

I hate being around them so much and I am tired of coming across them all the time. I don’t even take walks outside because every time I get out of my house to walk to work I get absolutely barked at or almost mauled by neighbours dogs. FUCK. THIS. SHIT. People who baby them and prioritize them over humans disgust me, and I hope both them and their dog get hit by a bus. You might think that’s an extreme reaction, but the anxiety I feel going outside because I dont want to cross paths with a dog is fueling my rage.
