Guild members with no team.

Hello there, I have a question and am hoping for some feedback. In my guild I have a few guild members who are ranked higher levels (40-60) but have no team listed to be used in the guild competitions. I read somewhere that this is people farming for points? Are there any other guild masters who have seen this? What do you do? Or how do you interpret it? I don’t want to boot people who are playing actively but if you can’t contribute to the guild competitions it seems pointless to keep them on. I’d love to hear thoughts on it. Thank you in advance. 🙏
