How to invest with scarcity mindset

Background - 28M, have a little bit of scarcity mindset

Risk - Not so much risk appetite dont want go whete i started from

Portfolio - 35 Lakh FD, Gold - 25 Lacs

Family - Dependend Parents , wife + Daughter

Current Situation - Last year changes job, currently earning 2.6 Lakhs per month as a software engineer, expenses - 80k per month including car loan emi 20k per month ( 2 years remaining)

Any suggestions for investing? My risk appetite is low because of the scarcity mindset. Really hard to imagining investing 1.8 lakhs per month in stock market. Obviously AI can affect my job.
