Help Please

I Have Purchased A Bambu Labs A1 Printer, I Have Had Issues With Printing, I Tried To Print A Model, Some Where My Own, Some Where Just A Box And Some Where Preloaded, None Of Them Seem To Print, The Base Comes Out Perfect, Anything Over 5MM Turns Stringy Ribbons, Even Sprays Across The Machine And Floor, It Even Just Gets Dragged Along By The Tip, I Have Done It In A Cold Setting It Went To Hell, Tired In A Hot Setting Went To Hell, I Have Always Printed Things In The Past  At 220 Tip And 80 Heat Bed, It Still Went To Hell, No Matter What Model I Try, My Own, In Slicer, Or The Machine Itself They All Don't Work, I Even Did A Factory Reset Then I Printed The Boat, Which Was Already Preloaded Onto The Printer, This Also Failed Please Look Here: https://imgur.com/a/OyMshNJ Please Note If You Live In England Like Me You Will Need To Use A VPN To See This Link, Americans Just Click, Thank You So Much For Reading And Please Reply It Would Help Me Out So Much.
