MIL asked if I’m getting too many ultrasounds…..

For context: she grew up very poor in South America and maybe had only 2/3 ultrasounds her entire pregnancy. I also have a condition where I need to get my cervical length checked monthly so I’m really getting 2x scans per month - one at my OBGYN and one at the MFM center.

She then proceeded to say how sometimes the ultrasound techs are “not careful” and can “crush the baby” if they push too hard 🥲😭

I’m sure this will not end when the baby arrives, but I’m I really looking forward to not hearing opinions on things I have no control over!!
