HSBC TravelOne rejected!

Hi,

I applied for the HSBC Travel One credit card. The video KYC went well, and the next day I received another email for eKYC from HSBC. I called the bank asking for my application status, and they told me that it was rejected and I would get an email with all the details. They also said that I could reapply after 6 months.

I asked for the reason for rejection, and they refused to tell me, asking me to refer to the email. I have still not received any email from HSBC.

I am self-employed, and my annual income is more than the requirements. I also hold other credit cards like Axis Atlas.

What can be done in this case?

Are there better alternative cards?
