Does removing the brake sensor damage the scooter?

I have a kukirin g2 and i want to remove the brake sensor in order to wheelie easier but im afraid that something wont be right.

after unplugging it, is the scooter the same as before but no brake light and brake while accelerating?

or can it damage the brake pads or motor?

do you recommend unplugging it?
