Missing Collection

So I know I’m probably going to be labeled an idiot or something but is it possible to lose cards? I know I unlocked both shiny Zorua and Zoroark but for some reason I only have Zoroark. I know I had both because I went ballistic when I pulled it and showed my friend, but now I can only see Zoroark. When I check the pack it says not obtained so it’s saying I never got it, but I vividly remember it. Does closing my phone during a pack opening not save it or something?
