Help with Auto Equip on randomizer + Seamless?

Hey guys, sorry for being lame but could anyone help combining seamless co-op with the auto equip feature from the randomizer? Seems like combining it with Seamless somehow just disables the auto equip.

All the randomizer features work as intended, just the items aren't automatically equipped. Maybe someone who has achieved this feat and made it work could potentially help, any kind of information I will be very grateful for. Thanks!
