Boss has been ignoring me for almost 3months.

I was due to come back to work mid march and haven't heard from my boss at all she said she would discuss my time to come back before I had my baby but I would of liked to come back mid march. I had my baby In January and couldn't qualify for Ei , maternity leave as I just had a baby back in 2024 I had went back to school during that time also and went back to work with them In September to try to qualify for ei & maternity leave but by the time January arrived I still needed 300hrs so I discussed with her about coming back in mid march she said we will discuss the hour's and such as she was doing schedule up and was putting everyone back 8hrs it used to be 12hr a shift but now 8hr. but have not heard from her at all and she's been posting on Facebook-

I have been reaching out on facebook and text and phone. I went into work left a well written letter up to let her know please let me know when I can come back to work. she had got my phone call 1 time a few weeks ago she answered and Said she would call me back the following day never did so I left a voicemail telling her please get back to me it's very important I am really needing to come back to work I don't have any income. and she knew I didn't qualify for Ei or maternity leave so I told her again that over voicemail.

but I have not heard from her again all she said was she was busy the last I was talking to her and will call me the following dayI'm getting fustrated and feel like I have been let go but she has not told me that she's been basically ignoring me I've been there 7 year's and went to school and had to pay for the schooling Just to be able to come back to work last year. I'm sure I can do better but it be nice she could atleast let me know what's going on this isent right and I might have to take action there's no HR so unsure what I could really do. 😒
