40 [M4A] Former runner who got fat (medfet, humiliation, weight gain)

Little bit about me for background - 40 years old, previous runner who gave up miles for beer during COVID lockdowns, currently at 41.5" at my belly button.

Saturday night, I got into some homemade edibles from a friend and definitely underestimated how much of a punch they'd pack, because 2 hours later I was feeling the left side of my face and arm go numb and in a moment of weakness I called 911. Two paramedics and a sheriff's deputy were called, and as I lay on the bed, shirt raised while they attached the 12-lead, I felt a combination of humiliated and aroused.

Like, is this my future at 40, already? People exposing my bloated body to attach monitors, laughing at what a lifetime of beer and DoorDash is doing to my ticker, the visceral fat accumulation making me submissive and servile to a society that rewards that.
