Different Morals work in a relationship? [25 F] & [24 M]

Me (25 F) and my boyfriend (24 M) have been together for 4 years an been living together in our own home for 2 years. I'm finding our "morals" are very different. I'm a very empathetic and caring person. He's more straight to the point and cut throat. Has anyone ever been in a relationship like this an found it worked. I'm kinda struggling to wrap my head around the difference i.e how we will raise our children if we see things so differently. Any past experiences? We have the same interests in foods, traveling and activities also same humour but I feel like the older we get the more we clash over bigger things. He can be quite immature when having disagreement but he is only 24 so | feel like is still quite normal.
