Pro 3 full button replacement

Has anyone had success replacing both the face buttons AND membrane within the pro 3?

Wondering if I can get a less stiff membrane somewhere, along with non magnetic buttons

The controller is perfect besides the face buttons for me, too stiff and clacky

UPDATE:
Attempted to take apart controller, was impossible with the tools I had and scuffed it a little bit - wouldn't recommend
