Does anyone remember a local song from the mid 80s in the style of "You Be Illin" by Run DMC that had some Philly references like Dr. J?

It was played on Eagle 106 or whatever the local "pop" radio station would have been in like 1986-1987. and it mentioned some Philly related things. Like one line in the song had to do with Dr. J, and someone named Howard The Mailman.
