Friends? 23f & 24m with a toddler

This is like a job application. We are moving to Lancaster City after living in Millersville for years. We are originally from Florida! Our son is 2 and he is extremely advanced with his speech and also pretty tall so he’s probably able to play and communicate good with up to 4 year olds. My fiance is black and he just graduated and got his HVAC license, he loves cars and he’s also a certified state inspector and works on cars on the side. We both mostly listen to hip hop but we both also enjoy some rock, I’m more into punk rock but mostly rap & rnb. We are 420 friendly but I want to quit.
