am i [18f] avoidant towards my girlfriend [19f]?

just to clarify, i would just like to know if this tendency is normal or not.

i don't know if the word i'm looking for is actually 'avoidant', but it's the best one i can think of right now.

me and my gf have been official for a very short time, like a month or so (?) but we were dating for longer. we're both going off to uni soon, and plan on staying together and visiting when we can (i'm going to south england, she's going very much north). all this to say, we're quite confident on the near future of our relationship.

however, i keep refraining from doing things, "in case we break up". there are some things i'd like to do with her, but i worry that it's a bit too much for how long we've been dating, and this would be awkward if we broke up, even though i personally don't see this being likely to happen atm.

is it normal to have thoughts of "if we break up" without any real reason to believe this might happen, aside from it not being physically impossible lol.
