Pleas help clarify since I'm not sure i understood fully. Differences of Restoration Patch + sweet love ui vs Retranslation Patch

If I understood things correctly, this is how it is:

Restoration + sweet love ui Patch:

Adds all cut content and 18+ scenes,
Adds functions of the original sweet love ui (example. scene replay),
Adds Post-Game scenes (untranslated).

Retranslation Patch:

Adds all cut content and 18+ scenes,
no sweet ui functions,
no Post-Game scenes.
It does have a better translation though.

Did i get it right?

Also, is there no patch that adds Post-Game scenes and translates them?
