Applying for Masters at ZU soon, need advice pls

Hope you're all safe and well.

I'm applying for Masters at Zayed Uni and the program I'm applying for was initially only offered at AD campus until this year. They're launching it in dxb campus as well in Fall 2026.

Now my issue is I live in Shj and work at a school in Dxb (I'm an expat). I might have to quit my current job and move on campus if I apply for AD campus. I'm a bit conflicted since I don't mind moving if the quality of education and campus life would be better at AD campus since they've been offering that program for a few years now (and I have lived on campus in Malaysia too during my undergrad). But regarding dxb campus, I could still live where I'm currently living and it would save me the cost of On Campus accommodation (or would it be used in commuting instead??? idk). Would dxb campus be worth it, considering the quality of education, expenses, student life at campus?? What would be the pros and cons for each, and anything else that I may be missing out on?
