crowd sourcing... please help

I’ve got interviews this week with GoLean and hellorach for a virtual assistant role. I’ve seen plenty of reviews online, but I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually worked (or are currently working) with either of these agencies. I’m not posting a “hire me” ad or shady job link :) just genuinely looking for tips, context, or first‑hand experiences. How’s the workload, training, and client expectations? Any red flags I should know about before committing?
