Who else is tired of the 0 ETV bait and switch?

I am so tired of thinking I'm getting a 0 ETV item only to find I ended up being baited and after ordering I see it has changed to a regular ETV item. I am usually careful, but sometimes it just catches me in the butt, and it seems to be happening more frequently lately. GRRRRR.
