Engineering Assistant at CGO Quezon City

Hi! I’m thinking of applying as an Engineering Assistant for CGO Quezon to be assigned at Division of City Schools and I have a few questions. About me: RCE since April last year with 3 months experience sa private company.

1. The job posting specified 1 year relevant experience… zero na ba chance ko matik pag ganyan?

2. Is it possible to be promoted to Engineer I kapag Engineering Assistant? How long would it take if ever?
