is low fat eating going to make losing weight harder

i’ve heard so many things about how low fat eating is horrible for you and messes with your hormones really badly. is this true?

i am a very picky eater and want to slightly reduce calories to tighten up a bit before summer, but i get virtually no fats in my diet. fatty meats, dairy, cheese, egg yolks, nuts? absolutely not. if i want to get some fat, i have to resort to junk foodm which is probably not smart. will it ruin my hormones and make losing fat harder? im not noticing any issues yet but any time i do eat something higher in fat or junk food i feel horrible. my current diet (lots of carbs, protein and TONS of fibre) doesn’t have any issues yet but i don’t want to be cooked for the future.

what should i do? i am not willing to eat those foods but i am just wondering if its that big of a deal. if it is, what other fats can i eat that aren’t disgusting? please help a girl out!

(btw im 5”0 90-100lbs, but im just light since i have a small frame and bone structure, im not that skinny)
