All these quests

Hello adventurers! It's been years since I played it on PS4.

I just bought it on PC, but I'm disoriented regarding quests. Aside from the main quests and zone quests, is it common to do all the side quests? Or can I ignore those without missing anything relevant?

Thank you for your time, see you in Tamriel.
