ARESQ aq1 how to enable boot mode?

Hi!

Does anyone know how to enable boot mode on the Aresq aq1 radio? I wanted to flash new firmware, but unfortunately, even though Windows recognizes the radio as a COM port, I can't connect to the device. Right now, I have the factory firmware v3.4 (24-11-2021 Binns MOD) installed.
