Setting up auth for grafana mcp and llm

i need help with setting authentication for grafana mcp with some LLM mode. i teied setting up google oauth and jwt-auth with both codex and cursor but mcp and llm handshake is always breaking.

has anyone done the setup..?

anything else i can try?
