How do you actually fix cash flow problems in a small business that's growing?

This might be the most frustrating thing about running a business. Revenue is up 30% this year but there are weeks where I'm stressed about making payroll because clients pay net 60 and my team gets paid biweekly. The math just doesn't work timing wise. I know the theory (shorter payment terms, deposits, LOC) but I want to hear from people who actually fixed this. What specifically worked?
