IG story missing from archive?

Hi everyone! I just went onto my IG and for some reason my friend’s page is down and the story she posted for my birthday is also completely gone.

If her page was deleted/removed is it normal that any content that she reposted of me is also missing from my archive? I’ve tried logging in and out and checking on my Facebook page it’s fully just gone.
