Login Issue/Can’t Add Welcome Credits

New to Square Golf and the golf sim world. Anyone know workarounds to adding welcome credits? Unable to do it on iOS which I knew, however when I go to members.squaregolf.com as instructed on the website and try to login I get a network error and can’t move forward. This has been ongoing for 3 days. Tried different browsers iOS, PC, etc. Also did it on my WiFi and cellular network both of which are otherwise working fine.
